Safety Assurance

Founded in 1996 we have the experience in delivering a diverse range of services to a diverse range of clients. We also have the specific knowledge of a number of areas throughout the Eastern States of Australia.

Safety measures taken by XGA prior to program or courses include a thorough process of identifying reasonable and forseeable risks and developing strategies to manage reasonable and forseeable risks based on industry consultation, best practice and our own operating policies and procedures.

For many of our programs, risk and participant disequilibrium plays an important role. In fact during the design process, we will aim to create what we call 'perceived risk'. What we seek to do is minimize the 'real risks'

Comprehensive risk assessment is available for organisations and schools to assist in their statutory obligations

Following each and every program, staff together with the client will gather feedback as to what worked well, and what improvements can be made for next time. Recommendations are then made and implemented immediately. It is this customer service approach that enables us to continue to deliver safe and dynamic programs.

Staff used are specialists and hold nationally recognised qualifications. Their external training is supplemented with periodic in house training and certification.
